The story

Why Northwest Health exists

Most private healthcare in the UK is fragmented. You see one clinic for a GP appointment, another for a scan, a different one for physiotherapy, and a separate gym for fitness — none of them talking to each other.

Northwest Health was founded by two clinicians who had spent years navigating that fragmented system from inside the NHS and the private sector — and who saw, again and again, the difference it made when patients had one team looking after the whole picture.

As Medical Director of Biox Medical Ltd — UK distributor of ColoAlert® — he has pioneered access to advanced cancer screening, driven by a personal commitment following the loss of his father to bowel cancer. Dr. Tang is also one of the UK’s most sought-after GP commentators, featured across The Telegraph, BBC, GB News, ITV and The Mirror.

Nathan Briganti

Founder of Briganti Physiotherapy and an NHS England-badged Advanced Clinical Practitioner. His career spans professional rugby (Munster), NFL consultancy (Philadelphia Eagles), director of outpatients at Hadley Hospital Washington DC, Walter Reed Military Hospital amputee rehabilitation, and NHS first-contact physiotherapy. He is an independent prescriber and qualified MSK sonographer.
