Most findings are minor. If anything needs a closer look we contact you promptly — at no extra charge — explain what it means, arrange any onward investigation, and can liaise with your NHS GP.
Insurance
Using private medical insurance? We can provide an itemised invoice in your insurer's preferred format — please check your policy first.

No. Book-online blood tests are all-inclusive: the GP consultation, blood sample and GP review of your result are all in the price.
Do member discounts apply?
No. Member discounts do not apply to book-online blood tests, which are already all-inclusive.
Do some tests need timing?
Some hormone tests need timing to your cycle or a morning sample. Your GP will advise when you book.
Is a single test a diagnosis?
New or worrying symptoms should be discussed with a GP rather than tested alone. Screening is not diagnosis.
