If something's abnormal
Most findings are minor. If anything needs a closer look we contact you promptly — at no extra charge — explain what it means, arrange any onward investigation, and can liaise with your NHS GP.

Book online, call 01772 282189, or email us. Open Mon–Fri 8:30–18:00, Sat 9:00–13:00. A £25 prepayment secures your appointment and is fully deducted from your final fee.

How do I join the video call?
When you book, you'll receive an instant confirmation with a private video link and appointment details. Click your link at the appointment time and the GP joins you.
Can I get a prescription or sick note by video?
Yes, where clinically appropriate. Our GPs can issue private prescriptions for medication legal for a GP to prescribe in the UK, and private fit notes accepted by most UK employers.
Is video suitable for my problem?
Video suits many but not all conditions. If the doctor feels you need to be seen in person or urgently, they'll advise you — and you can be seen at our Bamber Bridge clinic, with blood tests and ECG on site and any scans arranged at partner centres.
How much does it cost?
From £85 for a 10-minute video appointment, with 30-minute (£125) and 60-minute (£245) options. Clear, one-off pricing — no membership, no subscription. In-person appointments from £95 are also available, and telephone appointments (£55) are for follow-ups and repeat prescriptions for existing patients; exact fees are shown at the point of booking.
