Private GP Membership
Your yearly Health MOT, your own GP appointments and member rates on everything else, from £35 a month.
Membership turns a one-off check-up into a year of joined-up care. Each year you get a full Health MOT and a set number of GP appointments, and every other test, scan or appointment is at your member rate. Plus and Premier members have a named GP, so you see a doctor who knows you.

Member discounts do not apply to book-online blood tests, which are already all-inclusive.

Why join?
- It costs less than paying as you go. Each plan includes more care than its yearly price, before any member discounts.
- A GP who knows you. Plus and Premier members have a named GP.
- A plan for the year. Your MOT is booked for you and followed up, and the 6-month check shows whether things are improving.
- Your NHS GP is kept informed, with your consent.
Good to know
- 12-month minimum, then rolling monthly. You can cancel within 14 days for a refund, less any services already used at the standard price.
- When you can use your benefits (monthly plans): GP phone calls from month 1 · face-to-face GP visits from month 2 · Health MOT from month 6. Pay yearly and everything can be booked straight away.
- Included appointments reset each membership year and don't roll over. Late cancellations and missed appointments count against them.
- Member rates don't apply to book-online blood tests, endoscopy, NIPT, the Medical Weight Loss Programme, prescriptions and letters, or Shop home kits.
- Membership is not insurance. It doesn't cover emergency or hospital care, so please stay registered with your NHS GP.
- Children's appointments are always attended by a parent or guardian.
