Repeated if needed, because testosterone varies through the day.
If low testosterone is confirmed, the GP explains your options and any treatment, with regular monitoring. If it isn't, we look at the other common causes, such as thyroid, iron, sleep and mood.
Treatment is only prescribed after assessment and when blood tests confirm it is appropriate.
Most findings are minor. If anything needs a closer look we contact you promptly — at no extra charge — explain what it means, arrange any onward investigation, and can liaise with your NHS GP.
Using private medical insurance? We can provide an itemised invoice in your insurer's preferred format — please check your policy first.
