MSK ultrasound
Real-time scanning of tendons, ligaments and joints while you move, performed by qualified sonographers — no separate referral required.
Ultrasound-guided injections
More accurate than landmark-guided injections. Options include corticosteroid, hyaluronic acid and PRP — always discussed with you first.

Most findings are minor. If anything needs a closer look we contact you promptly — at no extra charge — explain what it means, arrange any onward investigation, and can liaise with your NHS GP.

Do I need a referral?
No — you can book directly. As an advanced clinical practitioner, Nathan can request imaging, prescribe and refer to consultants without a GP in the middle.
How many sessions will I need?
Simple problems often settle in 2–4 sessions; more complex cases may need 6–12. We're upfront about this at your first visit, and there are no packages or blocks to buy.
Can I have an injection on the same day?
Often yes. Ultrasound-guided injections are discussed first and, where appropriate, can be done in the same appointment.
Can I claim on insurance?
Yes — we provide receipts suitable for insurance claims. Please check your policy first.
