Discreet from start to finish

Sexual health is a normal part of overall health, and getting checked should be straightforward. Appointments are private and judgement-free, with a GP who takes time to understand your situation and recommend exactly the screen you need — nothing more, nothing less.

When to consider a screen

  • After a new or unprotected sexual encounter
  • Before starting a new relationship
  • If you have symptoms that concern you
  • As part of a regular, routine check

What testing can cover

Depending on the tier you choose, screening can include chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis, HIV and other common infections, using blood, urine or swab samples as appropriate.

Support if you need it

If a result is positive, your GP explains what it means and arranges appropriate treatment, confidential partner-notification support, and any follow-up — all in one place. A positive result is never a diagnosis to face alone.

Good to know: some infections take time to show on a test (the "window period"). Your GP will advise on the right timing for your situation.

FAQs

Common questions

Is my appointment confidential?
Yes — completely. Your visit and results are private. We only share information with your NHS GP or anyone else with your explicit written consent.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly. A GP discusses your history, recommends the right screen, and reviews your results with you.
How quickly will I get my results?
Most results are back within a few working days, depending on the tests in your panel. We contact you promptly if anything needs attention.
What's the difference between the tiers?
Silver is a focused screen for the most common infections. Gold adds a broader panel, and Platinum is our most comprehensive full-PCR screen. Your GP can help you choose at booking.
What happens if a result is positive?
A positive result is not something to face alone. Your GP explains what it means, arranges treatment where appropriate, and supports confidential partner notification and any follow-up testing.
