Most findings are minor. If anything needs a closer look we contact you promptly — at no extra charge — explain what it means, arrange any onward investigation, and can liaise with your NHS GP.

Using private medical insurance? We can provide an itemised invoice in your insurer's preferred format — please check your policy first.

Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly. A GP helps you choose the right test and reviews your results with you afterwards.
Is this a substitute for a medical check-up?
No. Wellness and longevity tests give insight into specific markers — they aren't a diagnosis and don't replace a symptoms-based GP assessment or a full health screen. If you have symptoms, book a GP consultation.
How robust is the science?
We're honest about this: some areas, such as gut microbiome research, are still evolving. We'll always explain what a result can and can't tell you, so you can make informed choices.
How are samples collected?
It depends on the test — some use a blood sample taken in clinic, others use an at-home kit you return by post. We'll explain exactly what's involved when you book.
Can I claim on insurance?
